     With so many new disruptive technologies, automated platforms and social channels, it is incredibly easy to be overwhelmed in our digitized world.

     Breathe…. quiet the chatter; find your center and focus. On my yoga mat, I set my intention that determines my practice, my focus and find my heart center. Why not apply this same philosophy to your marketing choices.
